Sea Tech is the only fully factory authorized repair station for Furuno, Raymarine, Northstar (Navico), Simrad, Garmin, Standard Horizon, Floscan, KVH, Intellian, JL Audio, Clarion, Xantrex, FCI Watermakers … you get the idea. Please call us or e-mail for service. Some manufacturer warranty policies cover our time to make a repair on your vessel. Regardless of where the product come from, call Sea Tech first and we will get you going the best way possible.
If you just bought a new boat and the electronics were already factory installed, call us within 30 days of delivery and in many cases the manufacturer of the electronics will pay us to check out the installation for correctness and to give you some one-on-one training. If your systems was installed by a non-qualified company, this might be a good idea anyway to be sure they may not have done something to void warranty or worse yet leave you stranded out at sea with no navigation or electricity.
Whether or not your product is under warranty, call us and let us help you find the best solution. We are so honest, we will even tell you when you are better off sending a unit in for repair yourself. Many times we can repair items in-shop for less cost than the manufacturer and certainly much less time.

Buying a used boat? Many marine surveyors give a quick glance over the electronics when performing a survey. Most do not know the real operations of all the electronics. Just because the radar spins, doesn't mean the radar is targeting correctly. (It is only fair to say some surveyors might know the boats electronics, but there are a LOT of brands out there and many brands that do the same thing don't operate the same). Have Sea Tech survey the boat's electronics and give you a very accurate report of the condition of your electronics and what the average life expectancy should be. If you decide to upgrade your electronics after you purchase the boat we surveyed we will apply the full survey cost towards your new electronics package.
